  I attended the restaurant with my family and kids multiple times and most recently stopped through drive thru. The staff were lovely and helpful every time, despite it being extraordinarily busy, and once having an older man yelling at them. 10/10 best maccas.

  If i could give 0 stars, i would but unfortunately that is not an option. I went to glen osmond mcdonalds last night after a long night just wanting some maccies... i was heavily disappointed. The dine-in area was CLOSED, however, nowhere on the website or outside the restaurant did it specify that i could not indulge in my 24 pack of nugs with extra big mac sauce and aioli without the use of a motor vehicle as drive-thru was the only option. I was distraught. I waited outside for 45 minutes trying to cut a deal with the manager. Finally! The nice, young, energetic manager was able to help a brother out. Respect. The rest of the staff were unhelpful and one did not even know when the dine-in area would open. I eventually received my nuggets, but alas i was let down again. No. Big. Mac. Sauce. Overall, i would like to file a formal complaint to glen osmond mcdonalds for 0 customer service points, 0 0 sauce points and 0 lit points.

  Beautiful burger, although a little roughly put together. Drive thru staff were quick an well spoken. Had to wait for 2 coffees in the waiting bay though when it didn't seem that busy but no biggie.

  Have not visited a McDonalds for some time. Even though busy, the service was excellent, tables were clean and tidy. We had two good large coffees with a free sultana warm muffin each. On the house, good choice, will return.
